Health Secrets

"Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease." - Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine

"Out of 2.1 million deaths a year in the United States, 1.6 million are related to poor nutrition."
(76% of all deaths) -- C. Everett Koop, M.D. former Surgeon General of the United States

The truth is that the body heals itself. It just needs basic resources:

Primary Cause of Disease

Disease is Not an Accident

Disease is the product of degeneration over time. Degeneration is not inevitable or natural. Degeneration, and the weakness it causes, is cummulative unless we do something to reverse it. There is a chain of events which is mostly unconscious. First we are damaged in our youth by negative social conditioning. Then we begin to damage ourselves through daily stresses and the reactions we have. Unconscious reactive thoughts lead to stressed emotions. Emotional baggage weighs heavily upon us. Heavy emotions drag down the endocrine and immune system. Then the environment of the body is susceptible to disease.

Ultimately, our physical condition is not just the result of what we eat. It's the result of what we think and feel. In order to heal fully, this whole process needs to be reversed. Disease is not an accident, it has been unconsciously created. Some problems are primarily physical due to our choices on the physical level. Sometimes our condition is predominately caused by our mental and emotional responses. In every case, we need to understand how our choices physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually determine the quality of our lives. Ultimately, the solution is awareness, so that we spontaneously make constructive choices.

How to Reverse the Causes
In order to reverse disease, we have to reverse the causes of disease. This means reversing our habits physically, energetically, emotionally, and mentally. It means becoming free of conditioning. This is not as difficult as it seems because we can only have one thought at a time. We never have to deal with everything at once. Healing ourselves is the most exciting venture we can engage in. It's an adventure of self discovery. Never think that a health challenge is a curse. It can be a blessing in disguise.

One thing is certain. To heal, we have to change something. To change, we need knowledge, and knowledge comes when we have awareness and exposure to information that makes sense.
